The Evergreen (Peterson, Sonstegard, Olson) Lodge is the perfect spot to reserve if you like the wilderness but want the amenities of home. (For Tentmakers Ministry programs this is referred to as the Mentor Lodge.)
The Lakeside Family Cottage is about 1/2 Mile from the Main Lodge and a large one room suite. This beautiful cottage is set about 70 feet from Murphy Lake. This cottage is a large one room suite with kitchenette including an old-fashioned wood cook stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator, sink and dining area. This can sleep of family of 4-6 comfortably. It is near the beachfront. Parking is available close by for those who have reserved the Lakeside Cottage. (For Tentmakers ministry programs this is referred to as The Shelter.) Evergreen "Family Suites" Lodge
This is a beautiful lodge in the Superior National Forest overlooking Murphy Lake.
Family Suites:
The Peterson Suite is an upper level suite with windows looking toward Murphy Lake. The living area includes a couch, bent willow rocking chair, log coffee table and a kitchen counter with a sink. The bedroom has a double bed and nightstand with a lamp. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower.
The Sonstegard Suite is an upper level suite with windows looking toward Murphy Lake. The living area includes a couch, bent willow rocking chair, log coffee table and a kitchen counter with a sink. The bedroom has a double bed and nightstand with a lamp. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a shower.
The Dorothy Peterson & Ardyce Olson Rooms are in the lower level. These are bedroom suites which are strictly bedrooms. The toilet that is available for Peterson Suites guests is the building next door in the The Sauna & Shower House or upstairs if your family has reserved either the Peterson Suite or Sonstegard Suite
